This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and service cancellations are handled by LG Service and Suppliers Pvt. Ltd., an independent appliance repair company operating in Kathmandu Valley, Nepal.

1. Service Cancellation

• Customers may cancel a service appointment by calling us at +977 9869960780.
• Cancellations made before technician dispatch will not incur any charges.
• If cancellation occurs after technician arrival, a visit/inspection charge may apply.

2. Diagnostic Charges

A diagnostic fee may be applicable once inspection is completed. This fee is non-refundable if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• If payment was made in advance and service was not delivered.
• If a billing error occurred.
• If replacement parts are unavailable after advance payment.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Customer refuses service after repair completion.
• Issues arise due to misuse, voltage fluctuation, or external damage.
• Customer changes decision after technician visit and diagnosis.

5. Service Warranty Claims

If a repaired issue reoccurs within the limited service warranty period, we will inspect and resolve the issue without additional service charge (if covered under warranty terms). Warranty does not include new or unrelated faults.

6. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible.
